Health and Safety Manager
Responsibilities
- Advise managers and employees on health and safety issues;
- You’ll assess occupational risks, prevent accidents at work and investigate incidents;
- You will instruct and certify staff on health and safety issues;
- You will organize and deliver training on occupational safety and health;
- You will ensure that the necessary occupational safety and health documentation is prepared and updated;
- You will set and monitor performance indicators for occupational safety and health performance and be responsible for planning and implementing actions;
- You will ensure the implementation and control of civil protection requirements within the company;
- You will be responsible for occupational safety prevention in projects abroad (EU).
Requirements
- Experience as a Health and Safety Officer or similar (preferably in a manufacturing company);
- At least 1 year of management experience;
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety legislation and the general principles of risk assessment and occupational safety;
- Certificate of Occupational Health and Safety Officer;
- Opportunities for business trips;
- Good knowledge of English at B2 level;
- Initiative, the ability to work independently and responsibility.

Salary
- From €4000/month (before taxes)
