Head of Processes and Technologies
Your tasks:
You will be responsible for developing the organization’s processes, systems, and analytics to create a unified, data-driven, and efficiently operating organizational structure:
- You will design, analyze, and optimize business processes following an end-to-end approach, ensuring consistency across the entire organization;
- You will establish KPI and analytics systems that enable clear, data-driven decision-making;
- You will identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and ensure their systematic elimination;
- You will digitalize and automate processes by selecting and implementing the most suitable technological solutions;
- You will integrate processes, systems, and data across different departments into a unified operational structure;
- You will initiate and implement organizational changes, ensuring their practical adoption and effective execution;
- You will collaborate with all organizational departments, aligning interests and ensuring implementation of solutions;
- You will build, develop, and lead the processes and technology team;
- You will ensure the implementation of technological and digitalization solutions from needs identification to fully operational results;
- You will contribute to the integration of AI solutions into the organization’s processes and operations.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field;
- Experience in process analysis, optimization, and digitalization;
- Ability to view the organization as an integrated system, understanding interdependencies and relationships between processes;
- Experience in developing and implementing KPI and analytics systems based on business performance measurement;
- Ability to transform business needs into effective technological and process-driven solutions;
- Experience in integrating systems, data, and processes following an end-to-end approach;
- Experience in team leadership (at least 2 years), ensuring both performance and team development;
- Strong analytical, logical, and structured thinking skills;
- An ownership mindset — taking full responsibility for results from idea to implementation;
- Experience in managing and implementing organizational change, not just initiating it;
- English language proficiency of at least B2 level.

- Salary: €5,500–8,000 gross per month. The final compensation package depends on the candidate’s qualifications, competencies, and work experience, and will be discussed individually.
