We are currently looking for a proactive and collaborative Project Manager to join the BSW Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing electrical engineering works on industrial construction projects abroad. Strong English and Polish language skills are essential, as the role involves daily cooperation with international clients, partners, and project teams.

By joining BSW, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with team leaders, team members, and clients across Scandinavia and Western Europe;

• Build and lead project teams (approximately 70 employees reporting within the structure);
• Travel to project sites abroad as required (up to 10% of working time);
• Monitor the quality of completed work and ensure compliance with project deadlines;
• Coordinate engineering and industrial projects across Scandinavia and Western Europe.

We expect the Project Manager to have:

• A higher education degree (Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field is considered an advantage);
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, construction, engineering, or manufacturing;
• Previous team management experience;
• Strong English language skills (minimum B2 level) and fluency in spoken and written Polish;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, partners, and project teams;
• Strong planning and decision-making abilities, with accountability for implementation;
• A results-oriented approach, commitment to quality, and ability to meet deadlines.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Employee Coordinator to join the BSW Engineering team.

Salary

€2,400 gross per month

The compensation package consists of a fixed monthly salary of €2,400 gross, plus performance-based bonuses.

Your tasks:

You will be responsible for developing the organization’s processes, systems, and analytics to create a unified, data-driven, and efficiently operating organizational structure:

• You will design, analyze, and optimize business processes following an end-to-end approach, ensuring consistency across the entire organization;
• You will establish KPI and analytics systems that enable clear, data-driven decision-making;
• You will identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and ensure their systematic elimination;
• You will digitalize and automate processes by selecting and implementing the most suitable technological solutions;
• You will integrate processes, systems, and data across different departments into a unified operational structure;
• You will initiate and implement organizational changes, ensuring their practical adoption and effective execution;
• You will collaborate with all organizational departments, aligning interests and ensuring implementation of solutions;
• You will build, develop, and lead the processes and technology team;
• You will ensure the implementation of technological and digitalization solutions from needs identification to fully operational results;
• You will contribute to the integration of AI solutions into the organization’s processes and operations.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field;
• Experience in process analysis, optimization, and digitalization;
• Ability to view the organization as an integrated system, understanding interdependencies and relationships between processes;
• Experience in developing and implementing KPI and analytics systems based on business performance measurement;
• Ability to transform business needs into effective technological and process-driven solutions;
• Experience in integrating systems, data, and processes following an end-to-end approach;
• Experience in team leadership (at least 2 years), ensuring both performance and team development;
• Strong analytical, logical, and structured thinking skills;
• An ownership mindset — taking full responsibility for results from idea to implementation;
• Experience in managing and implementing organizational change, not just initiating it;
• English language proficiency of at least B2 level.
