Project Manager | Electrical Engineering | Polish Language

We are a rapidly growing international company specializing in electrical engineering and communication systems installation. Our clients are globally recognized general contractors who value quality, reliability, and speed. In every project, we strive to create long-term value as a trusted partner in electrical installation and control solutions across Europe. Our team consists of more than 500 professionals, and our completed projects span 11 countries, ranging from data centers to advanced industrial facilities.

We are currently looking for a proactive and collaborative Project Manager to join the BSW Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing electrical engineering works on industrial construction projects abroad. Strong English and Polish language skills are essential, as the role involves daily cooperation with international clients, partners, and project teams.

By joining BSW, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with team leaders, team members, and clients across Scandinavia and Western Europe;
  • Manage work schedules (employee rotations) and allocate tasks;
  • Build and lead project teams (approximately 70 employees reporting within the structure);
  • Travel to project sites abroad as required (up to 10% of working time);
  • Monitor the quality of completed work and ensure compliance with project deadlines;
  • Coordinate engineering and industrial projects across Scandinavia and Western Europe.

We expect the Project Manager to have:

  • A higher education degree (Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field is considered an advantage);
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, construction, engineering, or manufacturing;
  • Previous team management experience;
  • Strong English language skills (minimum B2 level) and fluency in spoken and written Polish;
