What we expect from an Electrical Team Leader:
- Proven experience as an electrician and in a leadership role (e.g., team leader, foreman, or site supervisor).
- Ability to read technical drawings and work with technical documentation.
- Strong leadership skills – the ability to inspire your team to achieve shared goals, a responsible approach to work organization, excellent planning and problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient results.
- English or German language skills at a B1 level (Russian is an advantage).
- Willingness and ability to work on long-term assignments abroad.
- A responsible attitude towards safety requirements and strict adherence to established standards.

Salary:
From €3,500/month (gross, before taxes)
The final salary will be determined individually based on the candidate’s experience and competencies.
