Work on large-scale projects across various European countries on a rotation schedule of 6/2 (6 weeks working – 2 weeks off), contributing to solutions for some of the world’s leading technology and industrial companies.

Manage tool inventory and maintain project documentation.
Plan and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform a variety of electrical installation tasks – including mounting cable trays, laying cables, connection works, installing lighting networks, fire safety systems, testing, and busbar system installations.
What we expect from an Electrical Team Leader:
Proven experience as an electrician and in a leadership role (e.g., team leader, foreman, or site supervisor).
Ability to read technical drawings and work with technical documentation.
Strong leadership skills – the ability to inspire your team to achieve shared goals, a responsible approach to work organization, excellent planning and problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient results.
English or German language skills at a B1 level (Russian is an advantage).
Willingness and ability to work on long-term assignments abroad.
A responsible attitude towards safety requirements and strict adherence to established standards.

Salary:
From €3,500/month (gross, before taxes) The final salary will be determined individually based on the candidate’s experience and competencies.
