As we continue to strengthen and expand the BSW Engineering team, we are looking for a proactive, results-driven Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the active sourcing and recruitment of project-based employees, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. Since you will collaborate daily with international teams and candidates, strong Polish and English language skills are essential.

What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Strong Polish and English language skills (Russian is considered an advantage).
- A results-oriented mindset, initiative, and persistence.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Empathy, responsibility, and a genuine desire to grow with the team.
