Advise managers and employees on health and safety issues;
You’ll assess occupational risks, prevent accidents at work and investigate incidents;
You will instruct and certify staff on health and safety issues;
You will organize and deliver training on occupational safety and health;
You will ensure that the necessary occupational safety and health documentation is prepared and updated;
You will set and monitor performance indicators for occupational safety and health performance and be responsible for planning and implementing actions;
You will ensure the implementation and control of civil protection requirements within the company;
You will be responsible for occupational safety prevention in projects abroad (EU).
Requirements
Experience as a Health and Safety Officer or similar (preferably in a manufacturing company);
At least 1 year of management experience;
Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety legislation and the general principles of risk assessment and occupational safety;
Certificate of Occupational Health and Safety Officer;
Opportunities for business trips;
Good knowledge of English at B2 level;
Initiative, the ability to work independently and responsibility.
