We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Employee Coordinator to join the BSW Engineering team.
By joining BSW, you will have the opportunity to:
- Coordinate the organization of electrical works on industrial construction projects, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and provision of work equipment for teams working abroad;
- Collaborate closely with team leaders and team members;
- Manage project documentation;
- Support project managers in coordinating teams;
- Resolve arising issues promptly and efficiently.
We expect the Employee Coordinator to have:
- At least 1 year of administrative or similar work experience;
- Ability to communicate in Russian and English (minimum A2 level);
- Strong results orientation, responsibility, and initiative;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently;
- Good time management skills.

Salary
€2,400 gross per month
The compensation package consists of a fixed monthly salary of €2,400 gross, plus performance-based bonuses.
