Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on health and safety issues;
• You’ll assess occupational risks, prevent accidents at work and investigate incidents;
• You will instruct and certify staff on health and safety issues;
• You will organize and deliver training on occupational safety and health;
• You will ensure that the necessary occupational safety and health documentation is prepared and updated;
• You will set and monitor performance indicators for occupational safety and health performance and be responsible for planning and implementing actions;
• You will ensure the implementation and control of civil protection requirements within the company;
• You will be responsible for occupational safety prevention in projects abroad (EU).

Requirements

• Experience as a Health and Safety Officer or similar (preferably in a manufacturing company);
• At least 1 year of management experience;
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety legislation and the general principles of risk assessment and occupational safety;
• Certificate of Occupational Health and Safety Officer;

Salary

• From €4000/month (before taxes)

Responsibilities

• Analysis of technical documentation for projects;
• Liaising with designers and clients;
• Preparation and control of project implementation plans and schedules;
• Establishing the budget for the implementation of the electrical part of the buildings project;
• Site visits in Scandinavia and Western Europe;
• Finding possible project optimisation options.

Requirements

• You have experience in estimating electrical works and can read drawings well;
• You have a university degree in engineering or related field;
• Fluent in spoken and written English (at least B1 level);
• Knowledge of the technological processes involved in electrical engineering work;
• You are independent, responsible and result-oriented;
• Analytical and able to work with large amounts of data.

Salary

• From €3400/month (before taxes)

Responsibilities

• Organisation of electrical engineering works for industrial buildings in foreign countries (travel, accommodation, work supplies);
• Working with team leaders and team members;
• Managing project documentation;
• Supporting project managers in organising their work;
• Resolving problems promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 1 year’s experience in an administrative or similar role;
• Ability to communicate in Russian (at least B1 level) and English (A2 level);
• Strong result orientation, responsibility and initiative;
• Ability to communicate fluently, solve problems and work independently;
• Good time management skills.

Salary

€2400/month before taxes. The salary consists of a fixed part of €2400/month and bonuses for achieved results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the work schedule, budget, allocate work;
• Communicate with the customer;
• Form and lead teams of staff (+/- 70 staff);
• Up to 10% of your time is spent on secondments to coordinated projects abroad;
• Controlling the quality and timeliness of work;
• Develop engineering and industrial projects in Scandinavia and Western Europe.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of managerial experience (in the construction/manufacturing sector) managing a team of at least 20 people (international projects an advantage);
• Ability to communicate in Russian at least at A2 level;
• Knowledge of English at least at B1 level;
• Strong result orientation;
• Ability to plan/reschedule work independently, quickly identify priorities and make effective decisions.
