BSW Engineering is a trusted partner for large-scale projects across Europe. Drawing on experience from hundreds of completed projects and continuous industry observation, we have developed a unique approach to delivering projects to our clients with high-quality and safety standards.

Timeline

  • 2018

    The journey begins

    Fuelled by the idea of building a more advanced world and a sustainable environment for people, BSW Engineering was established at the end of 2018 in Vilnius. The main focus at the time was on green energy industrial projects, as the industry was set for double-digit growth in the next 15 years.
    In the name of the company, BSW Engineering stands for Baltic Sea Waters Engineering.

  • 2019

    The first project

    The beginning of 2019 brought in the first industrial electrical installation project. It was based in Gothernburg, Sweden and was successfully completed. In 2019, BSW Engineering secured a total of 4 projects in the field of electrical installation, and established Project Management and Sales departments.

  • 2020

    First projects in data centers

    In its second full year of activity, BSW Engineering teams worked on a Microsoft data center in Sweden. The company also secured its first large-scale project, a lithium battery factory in Sweden, moved to a new office, and established local branches in every country it was operating in to ensure full compliance with local regulations and relevant safety measures.

  • 2021

    Dedication to quality continues

    In 2021, BSW Engineering completed 12 projects in Sweden and initiated its first projects in Denmark, Finland, and Germany. Internally, an HR department was established and the team relocated to a new, larger office. From DNV GL, BSW Engineering also obtained ISO 9001 certification for quality management, ISO 45001 for work health and safety management, and ISO 14000 for environmental management.

  • 2022

    Expanding reach across Europe

    BSW Engineering expanded its operations to include companies in Poland, Denmark, and Norway. A total of 35 projects were completed all over Europe, fuelling internal growth as well. As a result, the Purchasing department was created, followed by large-scale internal digitization and yet another move to a new, larger office.

  • 2023

    Supporting industrial digitalization

    BSW Engineering reached a number of 45 successfully completed projects, further establishing its presence in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. It also secured its first project in France, new large-scale lithium battery projects, and data center projects in multiple European markets.

    Having this success story in our hands, we feel empowered to reach further and continuously evolve together with the needs of our clients. BSW Engineering is a strong team of dedicated professionals, and we eagerly anticipate the future with all its challenges, innovations and, no less importantly, achievements that we will continue to mark and celebrate, together.

    VCA (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems)

    The objective of VCA is to test its holders structurally and objectively, in turn certifying their health, safety, and environment administration systems. As a holder of this certificate, BSW Engineering objectively meets the standard requirements for safety, health, and environment, delivering harmonious work quality and systematically consistent processes in strict adherence to existing standards and guidelines.
